We are committed to a thorough and exhaustive assessment process that will help us determine your specific needs. First and foremost, we are interested in what you want to accomplish during your time with us and will create plans with you to achieve your personal goals. You will meet with multiple members of our interdisciplinary team (psychologists, therapists, medical doctors, coaches, holistic practitioners) to complete evaluations and interviews that will help us determine the specific areas where we can help. Additionally, with your permission, we will contact other professionals you are working with or have seen in the past to gather information about your history, and we will interview key people in your life to get a deeper understanding of your support system and key relationships. We will utilize all the information this process provides to create a treatment plan with you, and will meet with you regularly to update and adapt the plan as needs and goals change.
We are different from other programs because of our customization of care. While all treatment programs are mandated to provide individualized treatment, most are limited by the variety and range of services they offer. At Encore, each client will receive a different level of intensity and combination of services that is uniquely adapted to help them achieve recovery and thrive.
You will not find another outpatient program that offers the level of quality clinical interventions, essential life skills coaching, or family programming that we offer. Our staff is comprised of highly specialized professionals that carry low caseload numbers to ensure personalized attention to their clients.
We chose to establish Encore in Arlington, Virginia because it is where our population of focus (millennials) chooses to live and build their lives. In contrast to many extended care options that provide treatment in isolated locales, our treatment addresses real-life issues where they occur. We have created and will continue to build a community within and around the DC metro area that consists of opportunities to build quality relationships and to be a part of something greater.
The best way to get a realistic feel for who we are and what we do is to come down, meet us, and see for yourself. All too often treatment programs look, feel, and sound the same when you are viewing their websites. Schedule a brief visit to spend some time with our leadership team, our founder, and our practitioners. Click here to schedule a visit.
Our length of stay varies based on your needs and goals. Please call us at (703) 436-8158 or contact us here to discuss your specific situation.
We reimburse payment for services that have not been provided. If you leave treatment or are discharged, you will receive an invoice and full refund for services not rendered.
Our Clinical Director holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and our clinicians are at a doctorate or masters level. Our Medical Director is a Medical Doctor with a focus on family medicine, and our coaching staff have all completed either a bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree in their field of specialty. We employ a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed therapists, and counselors that are effectively trained in the care and treatment of substance use and co-occurring disorders. No. We provide treatment and essential life skill services by credentialed and experienced professionals. We support 12-Step participation, SMART Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, SOS, and any other support groups that our clients and their families find beneficial, but we do not mandate participation in any specific self-help programs.
We utilize an ongoing process of measuring client and family outcomes during treatment and for a period following discharge. Our outcomes data is collected by Outcome Tools, a third-party research and data analysis company that is in partnership with the University of New Hampshire. For more information on our outcome data gathering and processing, please contact us at (703) 436-8158 or click here.
